10 WAYS TO NOT BE LAZY
We waste a lot of time in our days/weeks not being as productive as we should… I didn’t realize that until my church went on a fast that included no social media. Scrolling on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook will rob you of your day!! LOL, but here is a list of 10 ways to help you on your way to not being LAZY:
10 WAYS TO NOT BE LAZY:
Start that “plan” you’ve been pushing back for months and years — Why not start now on your dream or million dollar idea/strategy? Now is the time!
Get Organized/Clean up — Organize your living space, vehicle, work space to be able to live better and think better.
Fold Clothes Straight Out the Dryer and Put Them Away! — LOL this is something I rarely do, but when I actually do I feel so accomplished LOL
Clear Out Emails & Text Messages — you know you have hundreds, maybe even thousands of unread emails and text messages lol, clear them out!
Get Out of the House! — Go somewhere, do something, learn something new, have fun! (If you’re single, you can’t be seen if you’re always in the house…)
Exercise — Your back and knees are hurting because you’re not stretching and moving them the proper way… a 15-min walk is a great start (or even pulling that treadmill out of that dusty corner is a great start too lol). Get up and move!
Minimize Phone/Electronics Usage — So much time gets wasted on social media and games that we play on our phone/console. Try setting a time limit for yourself to browse social media and/or playing your favorite game.
Read a Book, Take a Class, Learn a New Hobby — All of these will help you not to be lazy starting today and beyond. (You never know, your new hobby could actually start making you some money….)
Take a Power Nap… — There’s a difference between a 2-4 Hour Nap and a 15-min Power Nap! Lol… Power naps are useful to recharge from a busy/stressful day.
Encourage Yourself! — Motivate you! Inspire you! Push YOU to be the best you that you could possibly be!
