SAVED....WITH ISSUES...
Somebody asked me what does "Saved with Issues" really mean... they thought it was an "insult" to God in a sense, but in reality it is far from it! We are ALL Saved With Issues, no matter how saved, sanctified, or holy you are, you still have some issues my friend! LOL... let me be the first to admit it: [raises hand] Hi I'm Joy, and I'm "Saved with Issues"...
So let me back this concept up with scripture: 2 Corinthians 12:7-10 (KJV)
"And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong."
The thorn in Paul's flesh that he asked God to remove was an issue in his life. He was an Apostle with issues that he asked God to remove, but God wouldn't do it. Instead, God reminds him that He gives him grace and strength to handle the issues on a day to day basis. Ephesians 2:8 says, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God". It is GOD who saves us, keeps us, covers us, and sustains us in-spite of us! Being "Saved with Issues" is a gift from God that humbles us daily. I'm not perfect, but with the help of the Lord, I'm striving towards it...
